
Abstract
The income and exits of chemical products across the ports of the Valencian Community it is every time major since the imports across the underdeveloped countries it is a very habitual fact (China, India, Pakistan ...) due to the fact that the big ones multinational manufacturers of chemical products have installed his bases in these countries, avoiding the regularizations and commitments as for safety, environment, efficiency, and sustainability demanded by Europe.
These circumstances, force to the companies to design prepared and registered stores, according Regulation of Storage of Chemical Products APQ (RD 379/2001) in the competent organ directed the maritime use
Therefore, exists a need to arrange stores that they consolidate and desconsoliden containers and vehicles of chemical products that assemble the requirements as for safety of storage of chemical products (APQ) destined for the use of the maritime traffic; these APQ storages are in the habit of being located near the ports to optimize.
